Shipping and delivery

In the UAE, we provide complimentary standard shipping. Holidays and public holidays are not observed while we process orders; we work Monday through Sunday. The following business day will be the start of processing for orders received on holidays, or after 12 p.m. on weekdays. Within a day of submitting your order, you will receive an email with your order and, if necessary, a payment confirmation.  Orders placed on a given day do not always ship that day.  In the event that the product is in stock, We will deliver the product(s) within 48 hours for all in-stock inventory. Kindly provide 5-8 business days (excluding shipping time) for the shipment of all customized, made-to-order, and pre-order items after the order date. After your order has been processed, Amaar Jewels will email you the tracking number and shipment confirmation. Delivery schedules can change based on our merchandise’s availability. There is a lead-time for every product. Please email if you would like more details.


We offer international shipping on all of our items. Price of the shipment will be calculated at the moment of the checkout.

Please note that some of the countries outside the UAE may charge taxes, custom duties or Import Fees and the recipient will be responsible for the payments. They will be collected by our shipping provider before the package can be delivered.

When shipping internationally, Amaar Jewels will not be responsible for any delayed deliveries due to import issues. All the charges that are incurred on a refused delivery as well as the cost of the return of the package to Amaar Jewels will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
