Returns & Exchange Policy

At Amaar Jewels, we offer an exchange or upgrade for the jewelleries purchased from us at 25% discount after quality confirmation, provided the original purchase invoice and the certificate is presented within a year. Please email info@amaarjewels.com to initiate a return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • When your order arrives, please check it over, and let us know right away if anything is missing or damaged so we can investigate and resolve any issues.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Customized product
  • Made to order products
  • Personalized Products

Please get in touch with us at info@amaarjewels.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

Full Refund is accepted only for items purchased from the website, if the item is returned within 2 days of the delivered date, provided the quality check is approved by Amaar Jewels. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
